This page explains your rights and choices regarding personal information collected by DTC Guys, LLC (operating as Veto).

We do not sell your personal information.

DTC Guys, LLC does not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your personal information with vendors who help us run our business: payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS marketing platforms, and analytics services. These vendors handle data on our behalf under contractual restrictions, not as buyers of your information. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

Your rights under California law.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell)
- Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit our use of sensitive personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, email support@ohveto.com from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

Your rights in other US states.

If you live in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another US state with consumer privacy laws, you have similar rights. Email support@ohveto.com to exercise them.

Global Privacy Control.

If you visit our site with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal enabled, we will automatically treat this as a request to opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising on the device and browser that you use.

Authorized agents.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We require written proof of the authorization and verification of your identity before acting on agent-submitted requests.
