Please allow time for us to process your order. You can expect an email within 1 to 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

Delivery Destinations.

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States, excluding the following territories:
- American Samoa
- Micronesia
- Guam
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Palau
- Puerto Rico
- US Virgin Islands
- Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses (AA, AE, AP)

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Options and Fees.

At checkout, choose one of the following:
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days, $4.99
- Express: 1 to 2 business days, $14.99
- Free Standard: 3 to 4 business days, $0.00, for orders over $80

Refunds, Returns, and Other Issues.

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery. See the Refund Policy for full terms at https://shop.ohveto.com/policies/refund-policy.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, email us as soon as possible at support@ohveto.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address damage claims on a case-by-case basis and work to reach a satisfactory resolution.
